Kieron is Co-CEO of Emotion Mobility, a global leader in mobility software. He acquired the company together with his partner Gonzalo through a traditional search fund backed by Gernot. Over the last 5 years, Emotion has grown >5x through both inorganic and organic initiatives, expanding to >100 countries. After exiting to a leading software PE in June 2025, Kieron will continue to serve as co-CEO.
Kieron has become an active investor, board member and advisor for Search Funds. He is a regular guest speaker for Ivana’s ETA classes at INSEAD and from September 2025 he will serve as an Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD. Kieron is committed to sharing his hands-on experience in successfully growing small businesses with aspiring entrepreneurs.
